Surface Mount Device (SMD) Resistors of the 0805 Size, commonly known as Chip Resistors, are a form of SMD (Surface Mount Device) Resistors (SMT).
They are rectangular in form, larger in size than SMD resistors in the 0603, 0402, and 0201 packages but smaller than those in the 1206 packages.
Chip resistors feature metalized regions on either end of the body, which allows them to connect with the printed circuit board using solder.
SMD Resistor codes, often known as three- or four-digit codes, are used to identify the resistance levels of these tiny chips.
-55 °C to +155 °C is the operating temperature range.
150V is the maximum operating voltage.
